I ordered a personalized frame for my boyfriend for Valentine's day with guaranteed delivery by Valentine's. I never received the package. I could track the package until it got to IL and then when I went to track it again it sends the website to a "hmm...cannot reach this page" link. When I try to go to the website I get the same "hmm....cannot reach this page". I have also tried to email them with a compliant of not receiving my package and I get a mailer-domain failure notice email right back. This website is a joke and obviously a scam!
