This website advertises customizable items (in my case a mug) then ship very low quality items that aren't what was advertised. They advertise a 99day return policy, but when you contact them, they give you the runaround and tell you there aren't quality issues. I've gone 5 rounds with them now, sent them proof of the poor quality wrong item I received, and they're just gaslighting me telling me nothing is wrong with it. It's not even the item I ordered! This company is a scam.
