I visited the site, just browsing, and went to checkout a product. I paid via debit card. The product was a little expensive, and the quality was horrible. The product wouldn't charge, the light flashed but wouldn't turn on, and it smelled horrible, like chemicals. I reached out to the customer service several times and i told them i wanted a refund (misspellings and weird English used in emails). They provided an address, and they said i have to pay for shipping, freight and customs. I'm scared to return because i fell like i'll just lose more money. I don't know what to do, and i used my personal bank card. Now I'm nervous because they have my information.

Purchased a product. Product was never delivered. Seller Claimed it was delivered multiple times had me contact the “shipper” piggy ship which after doing research is also likely a scam. Shipper would not return calls or emails. Have been attempting to get a refund for over a month now which the original company is claiming they have already processed but has not. Using a popular product to scam individuals without sending the product at all. While continually claiming they are resolving the issue. Or issuing a refund but never actually going through with it.
