The guy mr Abdullaf the main guy for rosie's taxi cab used to give me rides alot due to me not having a car. I use Lyft/Uber and occasionally his buisness. He started only charging me 10$ a ride because I worked at motel 6 so he said he'd give me a discount. So in emergencies I would use his service. At first it was decent then he started making weird advances towards me and making me super uncomfortable. I'm 21 and he is well over 40. Also he would say stuff in front of my kid that was beyond inappropriate, itold him countless times I was not interested and I was just using this service for rides. He started ignoring my calls on the company phone number and stopped giving me rides out of no where one day. I went to work and tried to get some of my customers a ride cause my motel used his service. He ignored the work phone to. I assumed his buisness wasn't running anymore until I get a message the next day from an attorney saying I'm being sued for threatening, harassing and causing mr Abdullaf emotional distress. I was so confused cause I literally never said anything like that to him so I knew he was upset for 2 reason , first me not being interested in him and second off for using Lyft n Uber instead of his service. I was completely distraught cause I didn't know if it was a real attorney or not. Even tho I did nothing wrong I was still upset at some taxi guy tryna ruin my life when all I'm tryna do is be there for my kid and work to make money. I go to work 2 days later and my boss says Mr Abdullaf came into my work and told him I threatened to beat him up. I was so beyond mad at this point cause now he is literally harrasing me. I filed a police report on him cause he was also stoping by my place and just glaring at me. He knows where I live from him previously giving me rides. So I'm obviously scared for my safety at this point. Few days go by and I get ahold of the attorney apparently suing me and find out it was all Mr Abdullaf texting me and not an actual attorney. He impersonated an attorney to try and scare me. He then called my corporate office and said I should I be fired for threatening him. Which I still haven't even had a conversation with him ever since the night of me being ignored trying to get a taxi. I am now going to find an attorney of my own to persue to sue him for causing me emotional distress and harrasing me. This is completely unprofessional and from taking rides with I'm before I have heard him talk about suing people,taking extra money from people's credit cards since he has their info and alot of other heinous acts he has done to people. He is a danger to society and should not be allowed to work as a taxi driver.
