I reached out on 10/20/22 to inquire about shipping date as i never recieved an email saying it shipped.
Don the customer service manager at [email protected] never responded until i called a sister company to complain on 10/25/22. He responded with an email saying sorry it will be shipped shortly. Fast forward to 11/15/22 i reached out again and my order had been apparently canceled on 11/8/22 with no refund or email statement about what happened.
I still have not received a refund or answer as to why they sold me something they never had.
I am now disputing the scam with my bank.
