The website represents as a USA company selling sport jerseys. Upon ordering, they take the money the next day and then the order is never received and you find out it is not received because there is a delay in customs. They say the shipping carrier is the United States Post Office. This is when you find the order is coming from China, supposedly. So they are scamming people, taking there money and stating that USPS is the carrier. But you never receive the order. Why can't someone do something about this?

This company claims it's in the USA based in New York City selling "authentic" sports jerseys. But what they are selling is knockoff fakes from china. When finally arrived well after expected delivery date I contacted to return. The website has no phone number or a way to online chat like it states on the site. Instead I've been emailing with a "John Cooke" in customer service that says I need to return the item to china on my own dime with the change the item will be lost in parcel or take a 5% refund and keep or resell the fake item. It's been a ongoing battle trying to get a refund when the website states "365 day easy returns" and no where on the site does it say the item is being shipped from china

I ordered a jersey from the company. They intially responded accordingly to my emails. After a month of leading me on, I called them out in an email and they ceased communication. After, I filed a greavance with my bank, they sent an email saying my package was still coming. I checked the tracking and it was still in the same spot it was a month ago.

I ordered a jersey online and I did not receive a tracking number or conformation email. Almost 3 weeks later, I thankfully got my money back from my bank. There is no customer service number and it says you can online chat, but that's no true. I sent a few emails to the customer service listed and I received NO replies. This is a scam, do not order from rostergoods.com!
