I ordered from this company. Said shipping from Wisconsin. Got an up date on tracking that it was coming from China. Emailed and said to cancel it. It was ordered 12/5/2023 with a credit card which has now been canceled. It hit the states 1/1/2024 and has been sitting, supposedly, in my hometown since then. They do not answer email anymore, refused to give me my money back, nothing but crickets after many emails, which I have
