I ordered a package from www.grasscity.com and was instructed that they use www.route.com for "delivery insurance"

So your package is supposed to be tracked for the entire process through their 3rd party app, but my order never showed up once on Route's app.

The order was originally placed on grasscity.com on May 14th.

The tracking information from the netherlands (which is where grasscity.com is shipping from) stopped updating after May 18th.

I emailed grasscity several times asking for updates, only to keep getting back "Please be patient" but they couldn't tell me where it was.

Finally at 31+ days, June 22nd, they suggested filing a claim through Route, which I immediately do, to which I receive an automatic reply from Route.com saying "Please wait 30+ days from the expected delivery date" and have not replied since.

I have replied several times asking for a response, showing that I definitely have been waiting long enough, and still nothing.

It's now been almost a full week since I've heard from Route and Grasscity isn't offering any support or solutions, I have come to the decision that they are either both in cahoots with each other, or just two incredibly naive companies operating without repercussion.
