I am not sure how to report his exactly. I work for the Idaho Falls Police Department's 911 Center. Our phone number is 208-529-1200. The courthouse address where our agency used to be located is 605 N Capital Ave in Idaho Falls, Id 83402. This company, Rovaurx, is using our phone number as theirs on their website, our address but with state Illinois instead of Idaho and our Idaho zip code. We get multiple calls from people needing parts for their furniture or instructions. This definitely seems like a scam since they are using our information as their contact information. They do apparently send out furniture that is bought, but frequently missing items. We have been referring them back to Amazon to attempt to make contact. I don't have any information on people that have purchased from this website.
