The scammer talks to you into believing that you can get a loan , rather it’s personal, or a business loan if credit is good . If credit is not good she says she can fix it . For a charge ! All long while you wait for credit to clear up she tell you of ways where it can go faster or better for additional money . If credit is good she ask you personal stuff or bank statements to help other clients buy homes who don’t qualified to buy homes . Oh at the same time she’s trying to sell you a home even though you can’t afford it but if you credit is good she tries , she offer fake pay stubs , fake employment ect…. At the end she never gets you the loan she promised or ask you to pay for a loan you haven’t got so she can do it when at first she was going to get compensated after loan was done . All a long it’s all a lie . Tells you she was going to refund your money and never does .
