The scammer tried to convince me to pay full price and that the truck would be delivered to me in Southern California but I mentioned that I would drive to Denver to check out the vehicle and pay cash on the spot he hung up on me and tried calling back immediately and attempted 4 more times. That's when I realized that he was attempting to scam me out of $12,600.00 for a truck that wasn't going to be delivered. The ad is still up on Facebook Marketplace. Found a truck online with a very good price. Decided to reachout to the seller to get more information. Anyway, in the process of doing my research to make sure that this is legit I found that the same truck was posted on a different website. Not only that he tried to sell the same truck to another person who reported the seller here on BBB.

Here is the email from the seller after I reserve the truck online.

However on the bill of sale they sent me it has the name of Jerry Johnson acting as CEO with the legal authority to act on behalf of Royal Auto Solutions.

Saw add online and went to website. Spoke with Neil Starks. Told him Iam interested in looking at couple of trucks. He said he have a warehouse with car repos from banks. I told him I would fly in to Denver and check it out. He immediately said he can ship the vehicle within 1000 miles. I have 15 days to inspect the vehicle and refund if I didn't like. Red flag.
I Google his phone number and reverse image of the pictures. Turns out one of YouTuber posted same image of the truck one year ago and I saw on his website today. I brought it up, he said people stole his add? Makes no sense, Youtuber posted it last year. Second Red Flag.
Iam surprised his website still up.
Be aware of this scam.

Online website claiming to sell repossessed vehicle's and will ship with bank escrow deposit. Website, looks good but when i Google address it shows an old warehouse.

Tractors, campers, cars, and trucks at low prices (but not completely unbelievable). I asked for VIN numbers to see about out of registration, insurance, sales taxes etc, and I received quick responses. I was assured money would be sent through an escrow account, however they were unable to tell me which. I was told shipping was free, but then the max was then 2000 miles. After mentioning I had a friend on business in the area, I was told I'd need to provide a deposit to hold a vehicle. I replied that I don't want to hold it, and there were several of interest. Things got dodgy once I tried making a viewing. I suppose it's possible that things are packed away in a warehouse, but I've never heard of a deposit to look at something. Doesn't seem legit... also, their name is very similar to a legitimate dealership in the area.

Found a tractor on his market place that seemed to good to be true.
Wrote Neil Stark about it and got generic reply. Did another piece of equipment just to see, same generic reply.
He wants to ship everything, first clue. I wrote him next day about tractor, just to test the waters and told him that I would come and pick it up. BOOM! Ad gone from Facebook marketplace immediately and no response from email.

If you look up address on Google maps it appears he lives in a small camper in alleyway behind a steel solutions business.

Scam! Police in that town needs to be informed of this. Hopefully no one has fell for this trick

I was searching the website for a camper and came across a camper for sale in my $ range. On the website, there was a contact button and I sent an email of interest in the camper. The following took place:

It was at that time that I contacted the person that would be purchasing the camper and told them to google the business and go to their website. However, when they did try to google the website, it did not exist except to point out it may be a scam. At that point I tried to google the website and found nothing either. Now angerly curious, I googled the address they have listed on the website and the location shows an different business located there. No business with this business name is located in the area. So, I called the phone number listed on the business and a man answered and I asked for the address so I could have a friend come by and check out the camper and the man immediately hung up on me. When I called back a recording came up that the number was not available.

The camper was still on FB Marketplace three days ago. The address given is an industrial park and a vacant lot. The ad has now been taken down on Marketplace.

If it's too good to be true, it probably is. Thanks for the notice.
