My husband and I contacted a women in Philly who was selling a puppy. She told us she would ship the puppy and told us we would use Royal pet air. They contacted us through email with our information and told us to send money through PayPal and we would hear back with a flight plan. The website seemed legit so we sent the money. We never heard from anyone after that.
