Scam!

Paid for a Doberman pup from [email protected] for $920 delivery included. Then royal pet logistics contacted me asking for a refundable $1500 for insurance. Never received a puppy needless to say and I am out $920. I wish I would have seen these reviews for the carrier service before purchasing the puppy. I have reported both companies.

Hello,

I’m a new home owner and requested a service to deliver two puppies from Texas to Georgia to save expenses on flying, or driving to get them. The dobermanfarm website was a fraud along with the delivery service website. Beware!!!

My first encounter was when contacting the farm and inquiring about the puppies. They sent me through an entire questionnaire, and contract service to ensure that it was a real service. They used zelle payments to achieve their fraudulent goals. One of the first concerns that caught my attention was them using separate dummy emails to zelle your payment to. I questioned it, but not thinking I sent deposits anyway overly excited that my family would receive top of the line dogs to look forward to after moving in our new home. After I completed my deposits they sent over contract that was signed ( that looked real as ever ) and a third party service contacted us about delivering the animals to our home. After one deposit to the company which was the full amount of one puppy ( $1,498 ) I then became suspicious because they requested it twice stating “ if you can’t pay for the puppies twice “ then you shouldn’t get them.

The service had an extensive detailed contract ( which was very convincing) that provided sections, and guidelines for the delivery to be a success. After two weeks of me not contacting them because of family things they contacted me back and insisted I pay the remaining balance and in trying to pay the remaining balance my account was frozen. They emailed me back sending me a different zelle account to send the money too and in the email i noticed inconsistencies in their spelling of certain words. I also noticed the sentence structure of an uneducated adult trying to sound educated. Needless to say I ended up searching the web and found out there were others who experienced the exact same problem and were promised the exact same animals I was. This lead me to believe that the picture of the animals were fake, as well as all the other information provided by the fraudulent breeders. Stay away and protect yourselves guys!!!!!

We are currently in the process of purchasing an European Doberman puppy from [email protected]. They said $920.00 for Bruno which includes $100.00 for delivery to our home. Then they send an email for Royal Pet logistics for $1,498 for a refundable fee. These companies are scams!

Our breeder turned out to be the scam just like this royal pet logistics company. First of all, my dog was $800 plus $200 supposedly for shipping. This “breeder” called Akita Dream Home, said she will send us a tracking info in the morning. So we received the tracking info from this royal website. Five min later we received a call asking for $1500. I told this man with an accent, I’m not paying any $1500 for pet insurance. I was told the money are refundable and they will pay the double cost for my dog if something were to happen to her. Well let’s do the math: $800 (for dog) + $1500 for “pet insurance” + $200 for shipping = $2500. They’ll “pay” (which sounded like a complete BS) me $1600 and I still lost $900, and don’t have a dog. So I contacted the “seller” asking for money back via text x 3, via both emails, and she hasn’t been heard from yet. I did submit a police report, scam report on BBB, complaint on BBB, filed an investigation claim with my bank, and froze my credit just in case. These are the websites to avoid:

I recently had the experience with a site called bullterrierpuppiesforsale I found off off puppyfind.com that I’ve used before in the past so I took that as a legit site with real owners and breeders of bull terriers. It took me about a week and a half to send the money through cash app, and they told me their transit company would get ahold of me. Thinking I was accomplished and all I had to do was be available for the drop off I waited. The same day I paid fully for the puppy, the transit emailed me with what I thought was another very legit proposal of $1498 For puppy insurance, so another week went buy and I fully paid that, all the while thinking I was going to get this amount refunded in full per arrival. This past Friday they then emailed me saying “now” they needed $1450 for puppy influenza! At this point I was at my wits end. The breeder even said the puppy had all of the shots but this one because she was going to be flying overseas. Like, wtf, where overseas. I live in Florida and she is coming from Texas. I’ve even volunteered to come pick the pup up to no avail so I know I will never see that money, or my so called baby. I just have to live and learn I guess... if anyone knows what route I can go to possibly get my money back, please let me know! My email is [email protected]. Complete scam ! Beware of them but the only problem is they use another website called sharpeihomepuppies.com to advertise the puppies and then use this fake site as the shipping. DO NOT ever pay for a puppy up front completely through the Internet and be wary of wire transfers ! Do your homework and call the numbers and check the business out before you ever even make a deposit. Do not pay for anything through Zelle. This is how they are getting away with it with no tracking !

I’m out $920 on a dog named Thor... that was going to be a service dog for a US MARINE CORPS VETERAN.
I just received the same shipping notice from Royal Pet Logistics Company requesting $1498 be wired western union that will be refunded to me upon delivery.

These people are absolute [censored].

Purchased a puppy (Kira) at Europeandobermanpinscherpuppies.com. Paid $920. Thank goodness I sent the tracking information to my parents who noticed it could be a scam. When I received an email from the Royal Pet Logistics Delivery Service I knew it was fraud. I emailed the breeder and asked them to resend the link to their website. They responded and let me know what they received a call from the delivery service and that they sent me some emails. At that point I knew they were involved too. I kindly stated that I had heard that the Royal Pet Logistics Company was scamming people with emails like this and that I was unwilling to pay the money because I heard it was never refunded. I stated that if there was an issue with shipping Kira because of this to please refund my $920 dollars. I never heard from them again. If this happens to you please know you can dispute it with your bank. A refund is not guaranteed but at least you did everything you could. I hope no one else has to experience this! So heartbreaking to be without money and without a dog :(

I paid for a Doberman Pincher puppy named "Jack" from Europeandobermanpincherpuppies.com for 920.00. Then the Royal Pet Logistics shipping sent an email stating they needed 1500.00 for life insurance on the puppy but would be refunded back once puppy got delivered. Thank goodness I found this and did not pay the 1500.00. They told me that I would be turned in for animal cruelty and animal abandonment. Wow! And now i'm out 920.00 and a Christmas gift for my 4 children. I just don't understand people.

All these sound too familiar. The same thing happened to us, first a purchase from a breeder Delmont.( Jean Billy) Then the royal pet logistics criminals wanted $1500 for refundable insurance, they looked legit. So we sent it to a Monica Parker, then they came back with vaccine requirements and we said enough. Out $2400 anyone get money back?

When asked why this was not mentioned at purchase of puppy he said it was a new policy and we needed to contact breeder who long behold doesn’t answer our calls. The sellers name was Anthony Thomas 6318 gladwell dr in Houston Texas.

After being scammed by the breeder our puppy was supposedly being shipped to us by this fraud at Royal Pet Logistics. How do you run a business when you don't answer your phone? Finally we receive an email stating we have to pay $1500 for refundable travel insurance. Will be refunded upon delivery. Like [censored], paid it. Few hours later receive another email stating our puppy can't fly without some shot that my vet said is unnecessary. Once I advised him of this is when fun started. This guy became very combative, kept telling me not to tell him hiw to do his job and if we don't pay then the puppy will be given to shelter so a responsible owner can adopt him. People like this are the [censored] of the earth and sincerely hope no other families have to go thru this. $2500 lesson learned
