We contacted royal sound kittens about purchasing a cat. They emailed us photos told us she would come with health papers. After we sent them the money they send us a shipping code and way to track her through a company known as pet global express. The next day we were contacted saying she did not have health papers and we would need to pay $1250 as a refundable insurance. When I refused and contacted the seller. They told me they would put up half. When I refused and asked fir a refund they told me they would take me to court.
