We went to their web site found a puppy. We sent information to get information on the puppy. They sent pics. Said dog was 700. We said ok. We would like to come get it. They said we live in Mo. they said we will ship on plane to your local airport for $150 or deliver to you home for $200. We said air port. They said we will send over contract. Received contract. It looked good. It said if not happy we can pick another puppy or get refund. Looked good so we paid. They sent more pics, let us know what food and snacks they used. Said he was AKC and house broke. Said that would send shipping information next day. They did. We emailed and texted back and forth about the dog and things that were coming up. No where in contract were there any other charges or anything to be paid. We got shipping information and thought all was good. They get email from company says we has to pay for a create ($1300) before dog can go on plane. I was like what? I emailed them and she was like I didn’t know that. But she was quick to say it was refundable. I was like I am not paying. I paid what you were asking for dog. They were like it’s not mine. Spoke several times to to the shipping company. I may have paid it but was getting runaround. He said it’s refundable. I told them I am not paying I already paid and if refundable you pay. They were like no. We went back and forth. Then we decided if she pay half we would pay half. She was like send it to me I was like no you send me and I will pay. We couldn’t agree. So I call shipping company to see if be both could paid and they said no. Only one person can pay. They also said no check or credit card only Apple Pay. I don’t have that. They we hung up on a number of times and when we called back they did not answer as a company. I asked why he said I knew it was you calling so I called from my work and they didn’t answer any of the times I called. I keep telling her we just want puppy. We paid and you need to do your part. But no puppy and out $850. They are scammers.

I found a breeder of a Rottweiler online. I chose the 11 week old puppy from a host of litters of puppies he has pics of. He contacted me back through text mail asking me various questions, seeing if i would be a good fit for Cooper and if i was pet friendly . after finding i seemed fit for this puppy to care for he said he would email me the contract agreement . once agreed on the demands of the contract i then zelle him 800.00 650.00 for puppy and 150,00 for shipping .. we agreed Monday March 4th would be a good day to deliver puppy ..He then emailed me the registered info of shipping/ flight details of tracking from website transpresslogistics.com .The day of delivery i received an email from Transpress Logistics stating that they are not able to proceed with shipping due to the puppy needing a air condition pet travel crate that was 1000 dollars to rent and i would be refunded once delivered. . Then the pet deliverer called me sounding like he was sitting in his living room. not sounding business oriented at all. I then sent his email to the breeder . The breeder said they will call them . After he then varified that this was the protocol of the shipping . I asked breeder why was that disclosed in our contract. He stated it does not happen often . When i started asking more questions , and telling him i am not responsible for information that is not in agreement especially additional money. And i told him this sounds suspicious and i wanted my money back . He then tried to convince me back and forth this was not a fraud and he will help pay for the crate .. I said he needs to pay all for the crate additional money because in the contract he took full responsibility for getting the puppy shipped. I even did research on shipping a pet through airlines , and found this was in fact a fraud . I realized this was a fraud , I told him i am giving him 3 days to to ship the puppy or refund my money in total. he responded okay. I sent out a text yesterday telling him he has until tomorrow morning , which is today March 8th 2024 and i have not got a response.
