Hello , I purchased a wig service from Ms. Rachael JACKSON I ORDER three weeks prior to the required Dates need it. I kept in contact with her more than she did with me she just kept telling me she was going to send it out in time, it came to two days a day before needing it she still never sent out the product (wig). She told me she didn’t want to send it out because she didn’t want to be at fault if it don’t get there on time and I told her than can I get my refund she insisted that since it final sale which she never said to me that I had to wait til she sell the wig first I said if your already making business transaction and you know this what you do and you didn’t get me my product on time you having to sell the wig have nothing to do with me.. she talked to me very rude and told me I’m not a boss if I can’t take a loss and get it right back that lead me to know she wasn’t giving me my payment back I GOT NOTHING IN RETURN FOR ME SENDING HER 585 of my money she didn’t give me my wig or my money . She stayed in Memphis now she reside in Dallas Texas!! I want to file a claim against her so I can sue her to get my money back that was for my birthday and she made me come out the pocket total of

The seller states that they cannot use PayPal and can only process the payment for the product through Cashapp, Walmart and ApplePay and their only form of communication is by texting the number provided. I paid for a wig via cashapp and I never received the product. I requested for a refund because it have been 3 months since I made the purchase and she did not give me back my money. There are multiple people who shared share the same fate as me
