I hired Royal Line Group to run a car rental webpage and get me started in the car rental business. They underinsured my vehicle by 40,000. The webpage was down and would not take payments from customers for two weeks even after I made them aware of it not working. They never paid me my commission on the only rental they ever got me that they booked on Turo under a fake name. They have waited over a month to pay the shop after my vehicle was broken during that only rental. They collected another payment from the insurance company 10 days ago and still have not paid the shop. My vehicle can’t be released until they pay the money that they already collected from the insurance company (Teacelers and Turo paid the fake account that they created). I am without a vehicle and they just threatened me that I have to take down my online reviews in the next 24 hours. I have already contacted the FBI Cyber Security Department to open an investigation.
