Royalty Roofing came to my office at *** **** ****** in a large truck with Royalty Roofing signage. The men, Michael and Allen looked at my roof and offered to repair the roof for a certain price. They even took a video of the roof. I was not at the office at the time so they drove to my home to discuss the repair and terms of the agreement. A contract was signed on 1/23/20 and a $5,200 payment was given to Royalty Roofing. No work has been done by Royalty to date. A number of excuses were given for the delay and then there was no answer to my calls. Then the number was no longer in service.
