When I asked them why are these charges occurring they were like well you sign a lease. In rebuttal I told them I haven't even moved in yet are paid off my deposit and had bill transferred over. How and why are you charging me fees and rent for that matter. I asked for the charges to be removed. I felt uncomfortable moving in and going forward with them until the charges were removed. They ignored my concerns, my calls and texts for days. Then when someone from the office got back with me, she was short with me and appeared to not have the time for my concerns. Even after I finally attempted to talk with her briefly on the phone.
All she said was I was fine, just pay the deposit and the charges and will be reversed. Even after I tired to clarify what the remaining deposit was. It took her days to respond and it was always by text I could never get anyone on the phone are a call back. I finally told them, until the fees were removed I don't feel comfortable moving forward or in. I would like my deposit back minus the application fees and I will take my business elsewhere. Due to their brashness of continuing to add fees, lack of prompt communication and coldness I will not feel comfortable moving my family on said property.
They are still wanting my deposit from me. Refuse too give me any part of what i gave them claiming damages because the apartment came off market after it was on market over 3 mos prior to my interest along with another unit that has been open longer then then the unit I inquired about. The residents do not like the rental company and are very hostile in how they feel about how things are handle and the fees they have inquired making them feel imprisoned and trap without a voice.
