I received a call for the 1st time from this woman asking me to verify my information. I asked her why and what the call was about she couldn't tell me until I verified the last of my SSN. Which I wouldn't do, because I didn't know who or why they were calling. We literally were playing cat and mouse trying to get info from each other. Since I wouldn't, she said she was going ahead to file for a civil lawsuit in my county to take me to court.

R and R solutions called and said I owed over 1,000 dollars to some credit card but they couldn't tell me which one. These people are getting information from your credit report somehow, and trying to scare you into paying them! Don't give them money

Logan called me today about a school debt I owe from 2012 9 years later and I’ve never even heard of them they have never reached out to me until now and is stating that the school ATI is suing me that it’s was sent from collections to them to pursue legal actions for a civil lawsuit did not report that they were a debt collector actually stated they were not collections and it was the same thing as the complaint on 5/12/21 that the respondent denied. His name is Logan his number is 619 area code they legit made themselves to sound like they were taking civil action from ATI with whom closed down in 2012 and only way to save myself is to pay a little over a thousand now and they might deny or reject it,during covid. Okay lol to the person denying the complain in may because it was the same area code same thing said but mine started out w an 888 number and you can’t look them up online I had to call back to get the name.it is illegal to pretend to be an attorney and the reason it’s no longer on my credit is because it’s been 9 years not because y’all removed it as Logan advised and my ex boyfriend is an awesome attorney and will enjoy this one. I’ve paid on my loans I’ve paid them almost off and never ever had heard of your company.
