RR Towing & Recovery charged my card initially for an agreed $471.00 for their services. After payment was made they did not contact me after I attempted to reach out multiple times and did not show up to complete the services as promised. I had to go to a completely different party to finish services. Hours later after finally getting in contact and attempting to receive a refund, their representative told me that I was still going to be charged $222.00 for the refund. ( For a service I never received) Couple days pass and my card has been charged twice, the first payment charge, and the second refund charge. I was charged a total of $693.00 for a service I did not receive and was not agreed upon.
