I ordered 2 twin baby dolls for my daughter for Christmas off this website. It took 3 weeks to arrive with poor tracking info. When they arrived to me it was not as pictured and not what i ordered as far as what kind of baby dolls material wise as well. These dolls looked like a dollar tree baby dolls with very big and deformed heads. I recahed out to the company attempting to resolve the issue with a simple return and refund. On the website it states you have 90 days to return an item and get a full refund. That was not the case with me. I was not given a return label and was being sent any information at all as far as a refund goes. There is no contact phone number for this company and every email i get is from a different named person. The people all offer only a 10% refund or 20 and if you decline and ask again for the return label and full refund they do not respond at all. I am beyond furious and cant believe a company would offer one thing and not what they say they are selling.
