I was looking for mortgage assistance online and received a call from Quantise Legal solutions. I spoke with a representative for Quantise legal Solutions Rob Gates. I told him my current situation being 3 months behind in my mortgage and was looking for assistance with lower my interest rate and monthly payment. I told him my current interest rate 3.125 and monthly mortgage payment. He stated your lender is not in the business of saving your home but we are and we can better than 3.125. An offer was given in March with an interest rate of 6.625 and I was instructed to decline, then given another offer in may with an interest rate of 6.875 and instructed to accept because it is not going to get any better. When i spoke to Sophia about this and was very upset her solution was well maybe you can rent a room out in your house.
