I purchased a babydoll from this RSG website because my daughter fell in love with one. Impulsively and taking a chance- I decided to purchase without searching for reviews like I normally do first. It’s suppose to be a realistic babydoll but this doll looks less than average. I’d rather have gotten a cheap doll from Walmart for $10.00 as oppose to losing out on $68.78. I’ve reached out to return and get refunded and they’re giving me the run around that it’d be easier to just take a 30% refund and keep the doll. My daughter does not want this doll at all as both her and I are very disappointed. They responded via email that I could return for full refund but then I have to pay shipping cost and they’re all the way in China. This is such a scam! All reviews I’ve seen since purchasing have all been bad! Horrible that they continue to advertise with this “realistic” beautiful babydoll work but yet they’re sending out horrible work!
