Then when claim is obviously denied by the insurance company, they blame the customer on doing the damage, and then blocks all communication.
I have proof of improper insurance (lack thereof) outside of the workforce they are insured to perform, no city business license (according to City Hall) and no Category 3 agriculture required license to spray chemicals (According to the Missouri Agriculture Dept). My entire yard looks like this, killed entire yard, then admitted to doing so(have written text from Jones Lawn and Landscape) from using too much herbicide they aren't licensed to use. This just happened ( Aug 2022 and found out after the disaster was informed by company's insurance)
The services the company has been operating have been frequently and illegally performed with incorrect insurance, lied on insurance application, and not properly licensed by State of Missouri. Now company is saying I did the damage, which is ridiculous and embarrassing to even attempt since I have everything in text message of the business claiming fault. And admitting to using Herbicide since late 2021
