I was looking for a hall tree for my home entrance. I searched online and clicked on images and a good deal came up on rubcell.com. I completed my purchase through PayPal. I got an order confirmation and shipping confirmation from PayPal but never from rubcell.com. When I got a delivered notification I checked outside my door and there was no package. I made several attempts to contact the seller by phone but always got a voicemail that is full. I tried contacting the company through the contact page on their website and also on the email provided by PayPal and never got a response. I called the post office and they told me their system shows my package was delivered to a different address. They told me they're not able to disclose the incorrect address where it delivered due to confidentiality they could only tell me it was a different address. They said they couldn't open a case either because it was an error by the company that they used the wrong address. PayPal denied my claim in favor of the company, they said if I can get some type of proof from the post office that the address on the tracking number is a different address then they can reopen the claim. I started searching online and found out too late rubcell.com is not a legit company, there's others have had the same issues like me, they don't hear at all from the seller through the purchasing process and never receive what they order. The company didn't respond to my emails but they were quick to escalate my PayPal claim in their favor and keep my money. I learned the hard way, I will only stick to buying goods from well known companies.

I purchased a bike from this company supposedly. A 20 inch bike on 7/22/20

When I went to call the number to ask questions. It was a bar and grill them later they didn’t answer at all.

Emailed them it came back as an email that didn’t exist

I haven’t received anything yet the purchase amount was pending. I called my bank at this point. They said they had to let the transaction go through first.

Then it said it was through pay pal. I paid credit card.

It said payment authorized to Benita Russel

The description showed a bike.
