Harassing family

My brother recieved a text with my name to call them. I looked at all three credit reports and there is nothing negative nor anything with Rubin Gold & Associates anywhere on the report. If they have my brothers phone number then mine isn't that hard to find so why not call me directly or mail me something saying I owe a debt, which in fact, IS THE LAW. SCAMMERS

We take consumer's concerns to heart and deeply apologize for any negative experience. However, we have several numbers that are connected to the consumer that we've attempted to notify for months. USPS correspondence had been sent to the consumer. Prior to closing out a file, we must document that every avenue for contact has been exhausted.

For the record, when a company calls a consumer regarding a debt, it doesn't mean it's on their credit report.
Our company conducted a full investigation on this matter and we followed the FDCPA. As a courtesy, we closed the file.

There is no truth to the matter of a SCAM. We will protect our name, and when necessary, explore the possibility to exercise our legal rights against false allegations.

As you can see, our company has a stellar name. There's been 1 concern, on social media, since our company opened.

Texted me that I owed 800 some odd dollars but would resolve it for 200 cash payment that day . 7/18 22 . So I'm going to my old bank to see if that 200 loan was deposited in my old account on 5/18 2018.
