I was forced to download the app because there is no actual website. I downloaded the app, paid to use the website, linked my bank account to the app because it is an app designed to help with taxes. I am now unable to access the app, it sends me into either a captcha loop or texts me verification codes that are immediately deemed expired. This company has no customer service point of contact. There’s no 800 number, no chat box on website advertising the app, no alternative way to access the “account” that has my financials linked to.

I am a small business owner, the account that’s linked is all I have, this “company” has access to financially ruin me.
