I purchase an 2 separate orders online on August 5th it seemed good to be true because rue 21 was closing and they had a sale for 1.99 for everything! I got me 2 different orders I did contact because it was taking more than 5-10 business days and today on September 5 says delivered and I didn’t received anything and there’s no contact number, their email describes as they are “customer service” this is unbelievable now everytime I click their website it doesn’t appear. And I don’t have the amount I’ve spent I am going to call my bank tomorrow and dispute that money
