I placed an order with Rue21 for their close out sale on 06/04/2024 and I have not received it. The website does not work anymore and the link is invalid . The company is refusing to give me a refund. The tracking number is for the wrong country and is invalid on every major shipping company’s website( the ones that Rur21 website says that they use.)
