This person purchased two skateboards from me and claimed it came damaged even though there was no report from FedEx. The buyer then proceeded to "return" the product for a full refund. Instead of sending back the items in question or even providing proof that the item came damaged the buyer returned an empty box with a white t-shirt claiming he shipped the item. The weight however of his return does not match the weight of what I shipped out.
