They are representing an actual business and using that businesses name, the owners name, etc. They are collecting the money via Zelle. Then they say it’s set to ship and have another company send out a generic letter saying that they need a deposit to ship the item for insurance. And the deposit is fully refundable. The shipping company is also a fake. It even has a website but it is not a real company.
