Face Book offer for carpet. 1 Free, you pay shipping only. I ordered and paid for shipping (cost < $15) and got an email confirmation of my order and that I would receive another email when order was ready to be shipped. No phone on email confirmation. Only email with contact to be by responding to the confirmation. I responded a few days later asking when I could expect shipment. No Response. I emailed 4xs over a week waiting for a response. It has been 10 days since order placed with no reply to email. Phone number on my bank statement for the payment is not valid.
