Placed an order through the website “Rugerfirearms-usa.com” , thought it was “ Ruger-usa.com”, which is a legit website. Anyhow item was purchased and payment was requested by Zelle to Zariah Godwin phone number *** *** ****. I made payment through Zelle as requested. When I called the number after not receiving a confirmation or receipt, the person hung up the phone. This transaction took place 12/7/23

Attempting to order a firearm from rugerfirearms-usa.com and received order confirmation from the website. After the order confirmation I received an email with instructions of how to pay with Zelle to a specific individual. Zelle email: [email protected] (Tyrome Brown). I can share the email and confirmation later if necessary. I've had zero communication since order was processed and have not received the hand gun or shipping information.

Just sharing with hopes to head off someone else from being scammed.
