Advertised a Blackstone grill for $55. Sent me a miniature kitchen tongs (worth about $4). When I asked to send them back and get a refund, they said there was a mix up and the wrong item was sent, but it was worth more than what I originally ordered so I could keep it for free. I said no, I want a refund and they are only willing to give me a 10% refund because it would cost too much to send the item back through customs.
