I purchased a sweatshirt after seeing Facebook and instagram ads. I went to the company website directly and ordered the item (a heavy weight sequin Halloween spider sweatshirt). My shipment arrived several weeks later but it wasn’t what I ordered. It was a poor quality red and white blouse. I reached out to Rurukla’s customer service who was not helpful at all. They refused to ship out the correct item or issue a refund without shipping the item back to China at my expense! I initiated a refund through PayPal. The case was closed in my favor (2 months later), but I was out the $18 it cost me to ship the blouse back to China. I’m writing this review to raise awareness and hopefully preventing anyone else from falling victim to this fraudulent company.
