David Smith with Mediation Services saying that legal proceedings are being started against me for an unpaid payday loan. They ask if it was an oversight or if you plan on rectifying the situation. I told him that I did not owe money for a payday loan and I would like documentation. He said I would owe over $8,000 in legal fees, etc. I had to ask the name of the company the loan was through. He said Global Group Holdings which is no longer in business. I asked for contact information and he said he was not allowed to give that information. The calls are harasing because they call myself, my workplace and my family.
