Rush Remedy used a website with falsely adverted that Rush Remedy face cream and eye serum was created/sponsored by Dr. Phil's wife. You could get a sample for shipping only, less than $6.00. Once shipped they then began shipping the product to you every month and billing your credit card $95-$99. I tried calling several times and customer service was busy. I final got in touch with Jen in customer service at the end of November and she cancelled my accounts. She also gave me two authorization numbers to return the products along with authorization numbers and indicated I would be refunded once received. She indicated it would take up to 21 days to process. I chose not to send it over the holidays so it wouldn't get lost. I sent in on January 6, 2020 and it was received on January 9, 2020 at 11:08 am by Q Box. I have been waiting several months for a refund. I contacted customer service on April 30, 2020 and they indicated it was after the 30 day return police for money back guarantee window and they could not refund or return the product. I spoke with customer service rep Ashley, her supervisor Cleo, another customer service rep who disconnected the line, and customer service rep Joan and her supervisor Tony. I asked repeatedly for a owner or someone that my attorney could contact and they all indicated that they weren't allowed to give that information. I asked them to return the product to me if they were not going to refund my account and they indicated that they were not able to do that because my account had been cancelled. They refused to do anything to help me with these request and scammed me out of $400 and the products.

Wanted to order Robin Mcgraw's skincare samples. Instead when you are providing your information for her products they've hacked her order request to filter to there's. The samples that came were pink instead of Robin's packing which is blue. A month later they debit my credit card for 2 payments of over $90. I called they claimed it was membership fees. Why would I become a member if I hadn't tried the product yet and didn't know if I would have a reaction. $587.79 later they keep charging my debit card and changing the entry a little every time and the amount so my bank can't block the same transaction. I called to cancel they claimed once you order the samples you gave your permission to become a member. This is worst than a gym membership you never use. Because they keep charging you and you get nothing.

I responded to an online ad for Robin Mcgraws skin care product free sample. All i needed to pay was shipping and handling $5.45 which I paid with my credit card on 8/10/2019. Then, on 8/26/2019 my credit card was charged $98.55 from a company called Truthful Brightness/Rush Remedy. Once I realized this I contacted my credit card company and filed a fraud claim. They researched my claim and advised I would have to pay the $98.55 as Rush Remedy said I did not reject their subscription within 12 days. ( I did not see any stipulation on the original ad that I was committing to a subscription with ANY company, much less a company I did not order from). I contacted Rush Remedy and they stood firm that I owed them the money because I did not contact them to cancel. I told them the ad I originally ordered from was Robin McGraw and I did not understand how they could get by with this scam. I asked what I would receive for the $98.55 and they said I had already received their product, which was the "free" sample I did receive.
