Ebike was on sale because a company went out of business due to covid

Ordered a bike, was given shipping number, stated it was delivered but nothing was delivered. Asked for refund, refused and told to go to local post office to find the bike. Called US postal service and tracking number is a fraud tracking. They refused to give money back as they want me to fill out form from post office that it was no delivered but can’t as the tracking number is fraud, furthermore website stated 100% refundable.

They advertised an overstock/clearance sale on dirt bikes but they sent socks and a scarf instead. Not at all what I ordered
