Scammer posing as professional photographer, booked two sessions with her and paid in full. Scammer keeps pushing appointment back stating need to reschedule, happened twice. I requested a refund, merchant agreed. Merchant never issued refund until I called police and filed a report. Scammer then refunded all but $64.50 of monies paid for service. I have attempted reaching out again about the rest of my refund, scammer does not respond.
