Ruth’s Gems www.ruths-gems.com is a scam Chinese Company

This website posed as a small jeweler in Arizona who sells silver plated jewelry. It is very cheap quality and isn’t 925. The phone number is fictitious and not a working number. They answered my email inquiry as to why this was shipping from China and not Arizona, but they very evasive and fraudulently passed themselves off as a US company with some lies about warehousing product in China. The product I received was shipped from China was cheaply made and didn’t look anything like it was represented on their website. They would not accept my return as it was considered a “sale item.” Everything on their website is marked as a sale item. After some research, I found they are operating the exact website, with the exact same products, in the UK using the name Beth’s Gems, https://beths-gems.com.
