Ordered premium set of flowers from a website saying it was local to the area and family owned. Same day delivery was guaranteed. Flowers were not delivered. Called the number and was told that they had "supply chain issues". I asked that the fees be removed to make up for it. they said they cannot remove fees, but will add more flowers to the arrangement and take a picture of the bouquet and email it to me. (that was never done). They would deliver the flowers next business day. Next business day comes and it's later in the day. My friend still hadn't received her flowers. I called again and they said they were still expected to be delivered & I would be getting a delivery confirmation (never happened). Finally at 7pm, my friend texted me a photo of the arrangement and it was nothing like what I ordered. I ordered a premium bouquet of sunflowers and they sent 5 roses with wilted filler. Something you can get from the grocery store for less than $20. I spent nearly $100 on this. I called them and they told me I needed to send an email. They didn't even want to make it right on the phone. I sent an email with photos. They said it was a mix up and offered to provide me a small refund of $46.94. Such an odd amount. I was not satisfied. I researched this company on trustpilot & yelp and found that they have scammed many others.

I purchased flowers to be delivered to my grandmother in Arizona. When I ordered I was told that the company was in that area. I paid for extra white roses, and there were also white roses in the pictures (which is why I ordered what I did). The delivery did not take place until late the next day, and then the item delivered was NOT what I ordered. It looked like someone dug up some yard gras and put it in a basket. The item was worth no more than $15. I called the company and demanded my money back and again was told they were located in Az. My credit card has them marked in New Jersey. Even though I have called and emailed several times, and they have seen and acknowledged that the item delivered was not what I ordered, they still have not given me a refund. As soon as it hits my credit card, I will be reporting it as fraud.

The website says it is a local family run flower shop in Riverside IL. It is not....they did not deliver the flower bouquet that I order. It says free delivery but charges you for a service fee. It also upgrades your order to a deluxe bouquet. The flower were a get well gift and they were terrible. Nothing like what I ordered. This is just a scam website business. Very Very Disappointed.
