The Quebec address on the shipping label and address to send returns (5760 Ferrier, Montreal, QC, H4P1M7) doesn't appear to be associated with a warehouse for the "largest Canadian online retailer for RV covers worldwide", as claimed on their website.
The quality of the product is terrible. Upon unboxing, it was observed the stitching was already coming apart at several locations. The cover material itself is the thickness of a paper towel. The webbing straps are thin and expect to shred shortly after first use. The website claims this is one of the top cover companies and honestly, they are pretty convincing. The quality doesn't compare to the American-made leading brands like ADCO or Classic Accessories.
The company offers a 30-day, hassle free, money back back guarantee. The website also claims the company will pay for return shipping when the issue is their fault. Upon asking them to pay for return shipping (Purolator: an estimate of $140.00 CAD; from Ontario to Quebec), they stopped responding to my emails. I kept communication civil; no threats or anger. Upon reviewing comments from other customers on different websites, this seems to be a common problem - terrible quality cover and return shipping not paid.
They will only communicate via email, so attempts to quickly resolve over the phone is not possible.
I've started a dispute with my credit card company.
Something fishy is going on here. Buyer beware.
