I supposedly purchase a piece of construction equipment from the company. A mini excavator. They are operating as R W Heavy Equipment out of Nephi, Utah. They sent me a sales contract and warranty information and everything looked legit. The piece of equipment was suppose to be delivered within two weeks. After two weeks went by I contacted the company and the excuses started. I have yet to see the excavator or any refund. I paid them for the excavator on July 30, 2024. After doing a little research I discovered that the address they are using is actually the Utah Department of Transportation Highway Garage and Shop. This company is a total Scam and their website is also a Scam. I will never see any money but hopefully this complaint will help warn other about the company. They are using Chase Bank and the account is under Motor Experts Garages LLC. My bank has contacted Chase Bank but they won't give out any information on the account holder. I think the Bank should also be responsible while knowingly having a scam run through their bank.
