I am an almost 36 year old, female. I am gainfully employed as an industrial ergonomist at Intuitive Safety Solutions. Was coming to Seattle for a full time job at the Everett Boeing plant. I make $45 per hour plus get per diem living expenses. I committed to a minimum of 3 months plus possibly more with Mr William, as my contract may very well extend. I planned staying alone, no pets or partners and do not smoke. I am from Humboldt county (Northern California) but currently finishing a contract at the N.Charleston Boeing plant. I finish on April 15th and begin work in Everett on April 28th. So aiming to move in sometime between April 20th and 25th. Happy to reserve now if needed. Actually had a skeptical taught working with RWD Deluxe Home rentals recommended to me by a co-worker at my work place, I was asked to filled up a rental agreement booking form along with making the payment for the bonanza package, I was issued a rental reservation receipt by the company and so happy right now just move in on Easter Sunday with my family i so much appreciate your kind work Mr William, hoping to work with you in the nearest future

Very good. For formal introduction, My name is Charles Ben Boulton, I’m currently employed at a Vet clinic in West Hollywood. Sounds like you have a solid system going. I’m still in the throughs of a turbulent situation. My girlfriend is currently in the midst of a volatile eviction from her place in New Jersey and essentially has three weeks to move out. We had planned this step for ourselves prior to how things have unfolded but the situation has become more aggressive and we need to act sort of quickly. And we where recommended to touch base with Mr William in which we did, on our first taught we where having in mind that it was all a scam, we filled up the rental agreement booking form and also send in the deposit for the reservation of the apartment and to my greatest surprise everything was all legitimate and we just moved into our new home on Monday 10th, thanks to RWD DELUXE HOME RENTALS, I have also attached a picture of a short note I made for the company

Actually contacted this rental via Craigslist just for myself, Plan to use the rental while exploring the area for a complement to m y Mountain home. At first I taught this was all a scam working with Mr William but after all diligence in verifying his company it’s all turned out to be legit, right now I am in my new home all to the assistance of Mr William, please disregard the false note concerning this apartment, attached below is a picture proof of I and Mr William

I found the listing on Craigslist for an apartment rental. I contacted them to see if it was available and someone name Morgan Scott replied that it was his apartment but his property manager, William is handling the rental information. He put me in contact with him. Williams spent days messaging me about the apartment, i saw what the place looked like, he sent me his liscence number and rental certificate, had me wire transfer the first rent and security deposit total of ($2,200) into an account and I filled out a rental agreement. As soon as he received the money he stopped replying.

SCAM ARTIST

This [censored] changes his name frequently, posts rentals, you wire money and he never responds. He posts on Craigslist. He is actually out of the country but posts ad’s for rentals in California, PA etc
BEWARD, last week his name was Michael Charles Carlson.
