RWJ, Built a very low quality fence. Walter Nieto, business owner, said he would fix but never fixed or replaced or refunded. Also, lawn maintenance service was paid however he never showed to provide lawn care. I called several times he always said he would be here next week….that week never came.

At the time of agreed service and payment RWJ had a business license.
