I paid $750 for a Great Dane puppy through zelle. They emailed me a contract and the puppy was gonna get shipped. The next day the shipping company calls me to inform me the dog crate needs to be an electronic thermal crate due to new regulations at the airport and the fee is $1,500.00 they emailed me a business page with the details and the shipping dept. only accepts American Express. So I bought a few gift cards that were American Express, I sent them the gift card info and 2 hours later still no shipping info. I reached out to Ryan Great Dane and they told me they will reach out to them. Ryan Great Dane text me they’re working on my shipping and to be patient. I waited 2 hours more and still nothing. No one answered my calls or texts, they finally answered and said they need me to pay for dog insurance in order for the dog to go on the plane. I said no and called Ryan Great Dane but he didn’t answer. I text him and told him the situation and to call me. I called him he finally answered and I asked for a refund. He said no because he used the money for shipping of the puppy. I insisted on a refund and he hung up on me. He then text me saying he will pay $600 towards the dog insurance but I have to pay the rest. I did not reply. I called the gift cards and was told they were used at pingpongshoppingaday.Com. Do not believe them! I lost over $2,000.00 because of them. ITS A SCAM!
