Individual misrepresented level of expertise to complete a flooring epoxy job and used a fake name "Ryan Bales" therefore, bad reviews did not present at the time of hiring. The workers did not follow mandated safety practices and caused irreversible damage to concrete floor. Upon attempting to complete job issues that were requested to be corrected were not and final coat done without confirmation that repairs were complete. The surrounding area of the home was left with permanent stains, silica powder, and in attempt to clean, damage to driveway was also done due to unskilled user of concrete grinder and power washer. The poor appearance and quality of claimed completed job was acknowledged, but contractor refused to refund partial payment to be able to put towards, which will now incur double repair costs.
