Just an all around bad experience.

I desperately tried to cancel my order within 2 hours of placing it and I was repeatedly told it was not possible because “it was already on a conveyor belt”. However, if I purchased a second vehicle, then it’s magically possible to cancel the order.

The vehicle arrived badly damaged, the box was torn apart, with parts of the vehicle visible through holes in the sealed package. The front axle could not be mounted due to a bad weld, and a motor mount was bent to the point of loss of structural integrity.

The whole company is just awful. I’m 99% sure the owner is just drop shipping these products from the comfort of his own home and taking advantage of everyone involved. They don’t own the warehouse, it’s not a family business like the ENTIRE ABOUT US PAGE leads you to believe. Nick, the owner, told me on a recorded line that he and a business partner bought out R&G Toys and their remaining inventory. The whole story is just pandering and it’s disingenuous.

I also have Nick, the owner, on a recorded line and in an email saying he would refund me in full if I dropped a dispute. I held up my end of the bargain and he completely ghosted me, issued no refund and completely stopped communicating.

Such a disappointment.

I did a google search for kid battery powered ride on toys, Ryder toys popped up right away on google. I went to the website, rydertoys.com. It had a money back guarantee and a 30-day return policy. I read the whole website about how the owner donates money to adaptive equipment for kids with disabilities. They have YouTube videos, it all seemed really legitimate. I used apple pay to make the purchase. After making the purchase, I did not receive any email confirmation or tracking numbers. I tried contacting their customer service by email with no response. I tried calling the company and the phone number is fake. I read on a different scammer website that another person tried purchasing a ride on toy and they never received it and lost their money. This is a fake a website and a fake toy. I am really disappointed that they clam to help kids with disabilities, and it's all lie. I hope this helps other people not make the same mistake I did. Do not trust Ryder Toys it is all a scam.
