The person who I sent money as a down payment to was named Fred Rye. His company name is Rye's Relocation and Logistics. His website is https://www.ryesrelocationandlogistics.com. His phone number is 360 899 2648. He used a story about going through a divorce and needing my patience because he wasn't living at home and couldn't find his licensing and bonding information, but promised to before the move. He teared up, showed us a photo of his daughter.

On the day he was supposed to help me he called telling me the moving truck he had rented to help me was totaled and he needed more money. When I called the company he rented from they said they had no reservation under his name. I spoke to Penske Truck Rentals and they discovered his fraud.
